What you actually get
An indexed project page linking to your site, plus a Wall of Proof of verified testimonials you can embed. The link starts nofollow and turns dofollow once you have given proof to one other founder. That is checkable from outside and it holds: ordinary listings carry rel="noopener noreferrer" while the two sponsor slots carry rel="noopener noreferrer sponsored".
How to submit to ProofSwap

Nothing publishes until you have given proof to another founder, and what they want is your name on a review of somebody else's product. That is a bigger ask than an upvote and it should be your decision.
The draft listing is written for you off your own page before you sign in, which is a fair preview of what will be published, so read it there rather than after.
