Free, and staying free

The map is notthe thing you buy

No platform pays for placement and no listing is held back for paying accounts. The directory is the reason to trust the rest, so putting it behind a plan would sell the one thing that has to stay honest.

  • The whole directory, every platform
  • Every guide and the phased route
  • The lists, and every platform page
  • Reading it all with no account at all
Questions about paying
Do I need to pay to use the directory?
No, and there is nothing to sign up for either. The directory, the guides, the lists and the route are open to everyone. Paying is only for the dashboard and for letting your agent write to it.
What counts as a tracked submission?
A platform. It counts once, from the first time you track it, and it stays counted: removing a submission does not give the slot back. Putting the same platform back costs nothing, so correcting a mistake is free. The free plan carries 5.
What happens if I cancel?
Everything you have already tracked stays readable. What stops is writing new ones past the free limits. Nothing of yours is deleted because a card expired.
Is the lifetime license really one payment?
Yes. $250 once, no renewal, nothing to cancel later. It is a one-off payment in Stripe rather than a subscription with a long interval, so there is nothing scheduled to charge you again.
Can I pay before I hit a limit?
Yes. Open your plan from the dashboard and pay whenever you like. The free plan is generous on purpose, so most people do not need to, but nothing makes you wait for a wall.
