The free lane goes live only when the queue reaches it, and the dashboard counts the days down from about 145.

Gotchas
The free queue is long and the form tells you exactly how long: on this walk it read about 146 days, and the dashboard counts down from there with a Launch Today button beside it, so a free listing here is a next-year listing.
The weekly newsletter is not optional on the free lane: the profile step pre-ticks it and says it is required for free submissions, and the dashboard carries the unsubscribe link, so leaving the list later may cost the listing.
Submit for Free is three refusals long: a skip-the-wait modal, a 24-hour 20% coupon and a $29 newsletter spot each stand between the button and the submission, and each has its own small decline link.
The tagline stops at 10 words and the description at 60, counted live, so a pack tagline of a dozen words is cut on the spot.
