How to submit to MavTools

  1. Open /list-my-tool/
    It redirects to /listing-plans/ with the sign-in panel over it, so the plans cannot be read while signed out.
  2. Sign in
    Google, or a username and password. Their reCAPTCHA notice sits under the form.
  3. Pick a plan and submit
    The plans are only visible after the account exists.

Gotchas

The Google consent screen would not complete: pressing Continue left the same screen up, twice. There is no error, it simply does not proceed.
You cannot see the listing plans while signed out, so the price of a listing is unknown until you have an account.
/submit-a-tool/ is a 404 even though the nav says Submit a Tool. The working route is /list-my-tool/.
It is a WordPress directory with a reCAPTCHA on the login, so expect the sign-in rather than the submission to be the hard part.
