Uno Directory: requirements, how to submit, and what you actually get

Visit

The submit button is named after the gate: it reads Verify Backlink to Submit and stays dead until their crawler finds your badge.

What you actually get

How to submit to Uno Directory

1
Sign in
Continue with Google or an email address at /auth/signin. The profile page shows a Total Listings counter, which is the honest way to confirm a submission later.
2
Open Submit Listing
The header menu offers Submit Listing and Premium Submit. The free form is at /submit.
3
Fill the listing
A URL with an AI Autofill button, a featured image, a category and optional subcategory, name, tagline and a rich-text description.
4
Verify the badge, then submit
The page's own button is labelled Verify Backlink to Submit and is disabled. Press Verify Backlink; on success it becomes Verified - Ready to Submit and a Submit & Go Live button appears.

Gotchas

The badge is not a follow-up step here: the submit button is disabled and labelled Verify Backlink to Submit, so the badge has to be live on your site before any listing exists at all.
Their name field refuses special characters like plus signs and ampersands, which quietly rules out products whose names contain them.
It is one of a family of sites run together, alongside EarlyHunt, IndieHunt, MakerHunt, SideHunt and Rank++, so a listing here is not independent coverage of the others.

Let your agent submit to Uno Directory

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Uno Directory playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 Uno Directory rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 5 fields this form asks for, 2 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that Uno Directory looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: A Premium Submit lane exists alongside the free one and drops the badge requirement; the paid path is listed in the same Submit Listing menu.
Types it into Uno Directory in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to Uno Directory?".
