What you actually get
A page under /tools/<slug> in a directory that has been running since roughly 2016 and carries thousands of entries, with the outbound link marked rel="external noopener", which is followed. The listing is filed under one category you pick and shown in that category's list; nothing about it is a launch, so expect a slow trickle rather than a launch-day spike.

How to submit to Startup Stash

  1. Open the listing form
/add-listing/ embeds a Typeform (form.typeform.com/to/b8EyDE) behind a single orange Let's Get It Started button. The embed renders blank on a slow load, so give it a moment before deciding the page is broken.
  2. Identify yourself
First name, last name, then an email address. The email question has its own rejection branch for anything that is not a work or business address.
  3. Describe the product
Product name, a short description, a long description, and the website or product URL, each on its own screen.
  4. Categorise and upload
One category from their list, then a logo upload, then an optional video link.
  5. Answer the advertising question
The last screen asks whether you are interested in advertising with them, and the confirmation says only that they will get back to you as early as possible.

Startup Stash requirements

First and last name
Product name, a short description and a long description capped at 500 characters
Website or product URL
One category
A logo file
A demo video linkoptional

Gotchas

A Gmail, Outlook or other free-mail address ends the form. There is a dedicated screen that reads "Sorry, we only accept work/business emails", so a submission from the address most indie makers actually use never reaches a human.
Nothing in the flow states a review time, an acceptance rate, or what happens next beyond a promise to get back to you as early as possible. There is no dashboard, no status page and no listing count to check against.
The form is a Typeform embed with no save and no back-out: it advances one question at a time, and closing the tab loses the run.
The long description is capped at 500 characters, which is shorter than the long description most packs carry and is only stated on the question itself, after you have written it.
