Gotchas
The badge comes before the form, not after it. Most directories take your listing and then ask for a backlink; here Verify Badge is what unlocks step 3, so you deploy a badge pointing at a listing page that does not exist yet.
They ask for the link to be do-follow in as many words, so a rel="nofollow" on your side is the one way to deploy the badge correctly and still fail.
The badge must link to the exact listing URL they mint, not to their homepage, and that URL is generated from your domain at step 1.
