The launch-week picker marks every week it shows, right through to January, as "Free spots full - upgrade to launch this week", and the free submission goes through regardless. Read it as an upsell rather than a closed door, because paying on the strength of it buys you nothing you did not already have.
The wizard never asks for Product Type, Commercial Offer or Development Stage, and the edit page then marks all three required. A listing submitted straight through the three steps arrives at review with mandatory fields blank.
The hero image slot only exists on the edit page after submission, so a product that stops at the success modal has a listing with an empty gallery.
