What you actually get
A listing under /server/<name> after a queue their own form puts at 4 to 6 weeks. Sampled listings link out rel="noopener noreferrer" with no nofollow, and paid placements carry an extra sponsored token. On the free tier the link points at the repository you filed, not at your site.

How to submit to MCP Market

1
Pick what you are filing
Two tabs at the top choose MCP Server or Agent Skill, and a second pair below chooses GitHub repo or Remote MCP. That second choice is the one that decides the price.
2
On the repo lane, give a URL and an email
That is the whole form. No account, no product page, no assets.
3
On the remote lane, fill the long form
Server name, endpoint URL, a short description capped at 200 characters, a full description, a dynamic client registration checkbox, up to five categories, provider, website, use cases and an FAQ.
4
Change the tier before you submit
The paid card is preselected. Choosing Free Queue turns the button from Get listed now into Submit to free queue, which is the only visible confirmation you are not about to pay.
5
Read the success panel
It appears below the button and states the current free wait rather than issuing a reference. They email you when the listing goes live.

MCP Market requirements

A public GitHub repository URL, for the free tier
A contact email
For the remote lane: server name, endpoint URL, short and full descriptions and up to five categoriesoptional

Gotchas

The free queue only exists on the GitHub repo lane. Switch the form to Remote MCP because your server is hosted and the $0 card is gone, leaving one $69 option, so the same server is free or paid depending on which tab you filled in.
The free listing links to the repository you filed, not to your product. A Try Now link to your own domain is listed among the things the free tier does not get, so the dofollow lands on GitHub.
The paid card is preselected and its button reads Get listed now, which is also what a generic submit button would say. The label only changes to Submit to free queue once you pick the free card.
Free is 4 to 6 weeks against 24 hours paid, and that gap is the product being sold.

Let your agent submit to MCP Market

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the MCP Market playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 3 MCP Market rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 3 fields this form asks for, 1 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: on the GitHub repo lane, $29 lists you within 24 hours with an OFFICIAL badge and a Try Now link to your own site, against $0 and 4 to 6 weeks for the free queue. The Remote MCP lane has no free option at all: one card at $69.
Types it into MCP Market in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to MCP Market?".
