Who MarketingDB accepts

You need
A Google account or an email magic link, for the free lane only
Their badge on your site before the launch is accepted
A square logo and a screenshot, both of which they will scrape if you let them
You'll be rejected if
A site their crawler cannot read, since the entire listing is generated from it before you get to correct anything

What you actually get
An indexed listing page in a weekly batch, with a dofollow link that survives only while the badge does: they re-check it every two weeks and the link reverts to nofollow when it disappears.

How to submit to MarketingDB

1
Paste the URL
The submit page takes a single live URL and scrapes the rest: name, tagline, description, category, tags, logo and screenshot are all filled for you.
2
Correct what the scrape wrote
Open Edit product info and diff every field against your own copy. Their AI writes its own name, tagline and pricing model from the crawl.
3
Check the images
The logo and screenshot are pulled from your site by URL rather than uploaded, so they are usually right; replace them from the media step if not.
4
Pick the free week
Seven slots a week across the next ten weeks. This week is usually full; the next has room. The card states the dofollow link lasts while the badge does.
5
Sign in, verify the badge and launch
The free lane needs an account, which the header button prompts for. Then Verify the badge and press Launch free.

MarketingDB requirements

A live product URL, which is all the form strictly needs
A name, tagline and description you have checked rather than accepted
A category and tags
Their badge on your site, verified before the launch is accepted
An X account and a tech stackoptional

Gotchas

Their AI fills the whole listing from a crawl of your site and gets it wrong in ways that publish under your name: it rewrote the product name's capitalisation, replaced the tagline with a sentence of statistics and set the pricing model to Premium for a freemium product.
The dofollow link is rented, not earned: they re-check the badge every two weeks and their own confirmation says the link becomes nofollow until you put it back.
The free lane needs an account and the paid one does not, so the cheaper path is the one with more friction.

Let your agent submit to MarketingDB

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the MarketingDB playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 MarketingDB rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 5 fields this form asks for, 1 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that MarketingDB looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: premium is $13 one-time: any day, no badge, instant approval, a featured blog article and a newsletter of 1,500+. A done-for-you package submits you to 100+ directories.
Types it into MarketingDB in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to MarketingDB?".
