Eligibility

Who Line of Sites accepts

You need
An account, created with an email and a password of at least ten characters
Control of the domain, proved by meta tag or DNS record
Their badge on your home page, which is the other half of the claim
You'll be rejected if
Nothing is refused on merit for a product: the claim is a domain-ownership check rather than an editorial one. The free tier is one product per account, so a second product needs Pro.

What you actually get
A row in a product index alongside 206 tracked launch directories, with your name, tagline, icon, screenshots and categories set by you once the claim completes. The badge that completes the claim is nofollow and they say so on the claim page rather than in terms, so this is exposure and data rather than link value. What is actually useful here is the other direction: their index publishes each directory's measured rel, indexation rate and liveness.

How to submit to Line of Sites

  1. Make an account
/account takes an email and a password of at least ten characters. There is no Google or GitHub option, so this step cannot be delegated to a browser session you already have.
  2. Prove the domain
A meta tag or a DNS record, the same two mechanisms Search Console uses. The token proves the domain is yours.
  3. Put the badge up
The lineofsites badge on your home page completes the claim. Their words: the badge is the price of the free listing.
  4. Fill the listing
Verified owners set the name, tagline, icon, screenshots and categories themselves.

Gotchas

The badge is not optional and they do not pretend otherwise: the claim page says the badge is the price of the free listing. It is also nofollow, which they state on the same page, so you are giving a home page slot and getting no equity back.
Sign-up is email and password only, with no Google or GitHub, so this is one of the few submissions nobody can complete on your behalf from an existing browser session.
Free is one product per account. A second product means Pro at 49 euros a month, which is worth knowing before you verify the domain of the wrong one.
The reason to be here is not the link. Their index publishes each tracked directory's measured rel, indexation rate and liveness from an actual crawl, which is the same job this directory does, so read it as a competitor's dataset you now appear in.

Let your agent submit to Line of Sites

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Line of Sites playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 Line of Sites rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 9 fields this form asks for, 3 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that Line of Sites looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: one product listed and monitored free. Monitoring is 19 euros a month for alerts when a link disappears or a directory goes dark, and Pro is 49 euros a month for several products. Their own line is that paying changes what they do for you and never what they found.
Types it into Line of Sites in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to Line of Sites?".
