What you actually get
A page at /submission/<slug> with your description, category, the AI tools you built with, a funding tag, a gallery, a launch date you pick, a like count and a maker profile underneath. The Visit Website button carries rel="noopener noreferrer", so the link does pass equity, and the target is whatever URL you gave: several listings point at the submitter's own tracking link rather than a bare domain. Listings are approved rather than published on the spot, and no timeframe is given.

How to submit to Built Vibing

  1. Make an account
/submit redirects to /auth?returnUrl=/submit. There is no anonymous path.
  2. Fill the listing
Name, description, category from sixteen, the AI tools you built with, a funding tag, links and a video embed, plus a launch date you schedule yourself.
  3. Choose add-ons and pay
The base listing is $2.87 and the three upgrades stack, with the total calculated during submission. Payment is part of submitting, not a later upsell.
  4. Wait for approval
Their own wording is that every approved listing gets the backlink, so there is a review between paying and appearing. No timeframe is published.

Gotchas

The site is a client-rendered app with no server rendering: fetch /submission/<slug> and you get 3.5KB carrying the homepage title, no product name and zero anchors. The paid dofollow only exists once JavaScript has run, so the thing you bought is not in the HTML.
The fee is not optional and not a tier. Every listing is $2.87 and there is no free lane, which makes this the rare directory where the decision is a purchase rather than a queue.
Their own meta description still says "List your project for free", and it is what a search result shows. The pricing page and the submit flow both say $2.87.
Nothing on the homepage links out to a listed product. Cards are not anchors and do not navigate, so the only route to a listing is the sitemap or search: what you are buying is a detail page, not a place on the front page.
The premise is narrow and enforced by the form: this is for products built with AI-assisted coding tools, and the listing shows which one you used. A product built the ordinary way has nothing to put in that field.

Let your agent submit to Built Vibing

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Built Vibing playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 Built Vibing rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 11 fields this form asks for, 3 of them optional, already filled from your pack.

Types it into Built Vibing in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
