What you actually get
A product page on a Shopify storefront dressed as a directory, with your logo, tagline, a long editorial overview, feature bullets, platform and pricing metadata and a followed Visit button. Free listings get two categories, three tags and no screenshots; the paid tiers get seven categories, ten tags and media.

How to submit to ToolPilot

1
Read the comparison table first
The submit page opens with three tiers and a feature grid. Free is up to 90 days to process by the table and up to 60 by the form's own card, with two categories and three tags.
2
Put their logo on your site
A banner at the top of the page makes a link back mandatory for free listings, pointing at their brand guidelines page for the logo files. The form then asks for the URL of the page carrying it.
3
Fill the form, which is long
Personal details, tool details, a structured overview covering what it is, how it works, use cases, API, compatibility and community, five feature bullets, platform checkboxes, pricing model, billing options and lowest price, plus optional social handles and integration checklists running to hundreds of boxes.
4
Agree to the terms and pick a tier
The last two controls are a required terms checkbox and the listing type, where Free With Backlink sits above Priority at $99 and Premium at $199.

Gotchas

The free lane's two published waits disagree: the comparison table says up to 90 days to process and the listing-type card on the form says up to 60. Plan for the longer one.
The last step is a terms checkbox you have to tick yourself, so an agent filling this form for you cannot finish it.
Free listings are capped at two categories and three tags, against seven and ten on Premium, so the discovery you are buying with the badge is deliberately narrower.

Let your agent submit to ToolPilot

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the ToolPilot playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 7 ToolPilot rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 11 fields this form asks for, 2 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that ToolPilot looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: priority is $99 once and promises live within seven days; Premium is $199 for the first month and then $39 a month, with editor polish and a homepage feature. The billing line on the form says payment appears as House Tech Ads Ltd. via PayPal.
Types it into ToolPilot in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to ToolPilot?".
