What you actually get
A tile in the day's feed and a permanent archived page, with a followed link to your domain. Every outbound listing link observed on the homepage carries no rel attribute, including ordinary ones, even though only the two featured tiers advertise a lifetime backlink.

How to submit to StartupTile

  1. Go to the pay-as-you-go page
    Submit in the nav goes straight to /payg/pay. There is no free form anywhere on the site and the word free does not appear on the checkout page at all.
  2. Pick a tier
    Standard Listing $1.99 one-off, Featured 7-Days $19, Featured 30-Days $35. Only the two featured tiers list a lifetime backlink among their bullets.
  3. Fill four fields and pay
    Full name, email address, the startup URL you want listed, and an optional custom note, then Proceed to Payment. Payments run through Dodo Payments.

Gotchas

There is no free lane and no free trial: the checkout page does not contain the word free anywhere, so the only question is which tier to pay for.
The nav advertises the entry price as $1 and the checkout charges $1.99, so the number you clicked is not the number you pay.
