What you actually get
A human-reviewed profile with two plain dofollow links to your site, on a directory of about 68 listings rated DR 1. The link is real and the authority behind it is not, which their own About page says before you do: use it for a maintained profile, not as an SEO channel.
How to submit to List Maro
1Fill five fields
Website, name, a tagline capped at 60 characters, one category and a pricing model. No account, and a live preview of the card and the product page updates as you type.
2Publish for review, which asks for an email
The button does not submit. It reveals a single email box under the form, headed where should we send your listing, with no password anywhere in the flow.
3Send my link
This is the click that posts. The page then shows a Submitted, In review, Published, Indexed progress strip and confirms the address it emailed.
4Open the emailed link
Everything else lives behind it: the longer description, screenshots, the verified tick (one paste) and the badge. None of it can be done from the submission form.
5Wait for a person
Nothing publishes automatically and no turnaround is quoted. Paying does not shorten the queue, which their disclosure states outright.

Gotchas
Publish for review does not submit anything. It opens an email box, and the second click on Send my link is what creates the listing.
Their own wording is that the link back from your site is what keeps the listing free and dofollow, but the badge terms only appear behind the emailed sign-in link, so you commit before you can read them.
Paying makes your link worse rather than better: sponsored slots carry rel="sponsored" and the disclosure says their database is constrained so a paid plan cannot carry a dofollow link.
The pricing control arrives with Freemium already selected, so a free or paid product publishes as freemium unless you change it.
Let your agent submit to List Maro
Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the List Maro playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.
What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 5 List Maro rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 7 fields this form asks for, 1 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that List Maro looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Types it into List Maro in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to List Maro?".
