What you actually get
A pin on a Mapbox world map where you say you are building, with your logo, a description and a link out. The pins on it link with rel="noopener noreferrer", so they follow. It stays up as long as the site does: they recheck the URLs and pull a pin whose site has been down two months.

How to submit to IndieMap

  1. Sign in
    Google or a magic link at /signin. There is no password option.
  2. Drop the pin
    From the dashboard: a location, your logo, a description and the URL. All four are editable afterwards from the same dashboard.
  3. Pay the dollar
    One payment per pin.

Gotchas

The pin is tied to your site staying up. They recheck the URLs and remove anything that has been down for two months, so a project you park is a dollar you lose.
Google sign-in did nothing when clicked here; the magic link is the reliable way in.
One dollar buys one pin, so a maker with several products is choosing which one goes on the map rather than listing them all.
