What you actually get
A review-style page at /tools/<slug> in an index of about 1,300 tools, with your cover image, long description, category and pricing, and several links to your domain carrying no nofollow. The site also runs jobs, news and consulting sections, so listings pick up internal linking rather than sitting in a bare grid.
How to submit to AIToolboard
- Sign in first, or lose the whole run/submit renders the entire form to a signed-out visitor with no sign-in prompt anywhere, and both image uploads accept files. Pressing Submit then redirects to /login?redirect=/my-account and discards every field and both uploads.
- Fill eleven fieldsTool name, short and long descriptions, a required tool image, website URL, an optional company logo, a 40-item category select, a pricing select, an optional price, tags, and the listing-type radios.
- Choose the free tierFree Listing (basic, pending approval), Paid Listing at $75 for instant approval and priority placement, or Premium Featured at $99 for a badge, top placement and social promotion.
- Submit, then check My ToolsOn success the site redirects to /my-account?tab=tools and the listing appears there with a Pending badge, which is the only confirmation offered. The My Tools counter is the thing to read.
AIToolboard requirements
An account (email and password), demanded only at submit
Tool name and website URL
A short description and a long description
A tool image, recommended 1200x630, PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF up to 5MB
A category from their 40-item list and a pricing model
A company logo, uploaded or by URLoptional
A price and comma-separated tagsoptional
Gotchas
The whole form fills and both images upload while signed out, and the account requirement appears only when you press Submit: the click redirects to the login page and everything you entered, including the uploads, is lost.
Sign-in is email and password with no provider buttons, so recovering from that redirect means creating an account by hand and then filling the eleven fields and two uploads all over again.
