What you actually get
A listing in a curated AI tools directory built on WordPress, reviewed by a person before it goes up. The free listing does not carry a dofollow: that is one of the paid promotions. Read the category list before you commit, because the site runs adult-adjacent categories alongside the ordinary ones.

How to submit to NextGenTools

  1. Search the site first
Their own instruction: check you are not already listed before submitting, because duplicates waste the review.
  2. Open /submit-your-tool
The page is instructions and a price list; the form itself is an Airtable embed inside it.
  3. Fill six fields
Tool name, one category from a long searchable list, URL, contact first name, contact name, email and a description. The logo uploader only appears once the description has something in it.
  4. Attach the logo and submit
No SVG, one file only. Success is "Thank you for submitting your tool" and a promise to publish it if it passes review.

Gotchas

A free listing is not a dofollow link. Their own promotions list sells that separately at 75 euros, so treat the free lane as exposure only.
The knowledge base includes an adult-content category next to the ordinary ones, which is worth knowing before you put your brand in the same directory.
They refuse affiliate links in the URL field and say so up front, and they do not list newsletters at all.
The form is an Airtable embed, so nothing on nextgentools.me itself records your submission and there is no queue or status page to check.
