Mydentify: requirements, how to submit, and what you actually get

Visit

Paste one URL and their reader builds the page, then a verified backlink keeps it alive: let it lapse and the listing shrinks to one image.

Who Mydentify accepts

You need
A site their page reader can render
An account: Google, X or an emailed link
A verified backlink to Mydentify, unless you pay $19
You'll be rejected if
Nothing published

What you actually get
A reviewed product page with a Try button, up to three images, an agent-readable JSON and Markdown profile, and a place in a weekly leaderboard. All of that is conditional on your backlink staying verified: their own pricing says the page stays live with one image if verification lapses.

How to submit to Mydentify

1
Paste the URL
Step 1 of 4 is a single field. Their reader visits the page and builds a product profile from it; you can start this as a guest but not finish.
2
Sign in
Continue with Google or X, or an emailed link. The guest draft does not survive the sign-in, so you paste the URL again afterwards.
3
Review the generated page and pick solutions
Steps 2 and 3: the imported product page, then the 'solutions' it is filed under, which is how their leaderboards are organised.
4
Choose how to publish
Step 4 is the trade: publish free with a verified backlink, or $19 once to skip it. The leaderboard entry only lasts while verification holds.

Gotchas

The backlink is not a one-off: the free page keeps its website link, Try button, leaderboard place and images only while verification holds, and drops to a single image if it lapses. $19 per product buys out of that permanently.
Their page reader is the whole product and it did not work on our site on either attempt, a day apart. The first run printed "Our page reader stopped while loading this website" twice; the second skipped every intermediate step and jumped straight to the end.
Step 4 announced "is in review" with the product name missing from its own sentence, and the builder dashboard still counted zero products. Reproduced on a second attempt with a signed-in account and a clean start, so treat this flow as broken rather than slow.

Let your agent submit to Mydentify

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Mydentify playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 Mydentify rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 4 fields this form asks for, 1 of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Warns you that Mydentify looks for its badge on your site, so it has to be live before you submit rather than after.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: $19 once per product removes the backlink requirement permanently.
Types it into Mydentify in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to Mydentify?".
