What you actually get
A tool page under /ai/<slug> with your description, category and tag chips, and a Visit Website button that carries no nofollow. Related tools further down the same page are linked nofollow, so the followed link is the one pointing at you.
How to submit to MossAI

Put their link on your site
Step one of their own process is adding an anchor to mossai.org titled MossAI Tools. It is a plain text link rather than an image badge, and the form asks separately for the URL of the page carrying it.

Sign in
The submit page renders the rules for everybody but replaces the form with a Login Required panel. The login card offers Google and GitHub alongside email and password.

Fill the form
Website name (50), product name (30), product description (10 to 300), website URL (200), one category from seventeen, at least one tag which only loads after the category is picked, an email, and the URL of the page carrying their link.

Wait on a manual review
Every submission is reviewed by hand and their own precautions say submitting does not guarantee publication. No review time is published anywhere in the flow.

The link back is a field, not an honour system: the last input asks for the URL of the page carrying their link, so a link buried on a page you would rather not name is still a page you have to name.
Cryptocurrency products are refused outright, and it appears twice: once in the disapproval criteria and again in their tips for a faster review.
The tags field stays disabled and reads "Please select a category first", so a form filled top to bottom in one pass leaves the required tag empty.
Nothing here publishes a review time, and their own precautions add that submitting does not guarantee publication.
