The terms are on the page AFTER the form, not before it. You submit, the record is created, and only then does a pricing page appear telling you how long the free queue is and what it does not include. Nothing is lost by finding out this way, but budget for the surprise.
The free queue is quoted at around 30 months. Their own tooltip says it is calculated from the number of tools in the queue, so it moves, but it is quoted in years and should be read as a real wait rather than a formality.
The free tier is nofollow, and so is the 97 dollar Expedited tier. Paying 97 dollars buys 24 hour processing and content updates, not the link. Only the 197 dollars per month Featured tier carries the dofollow, and it is recurring, so the link goes away when you stop paying.
The checkbox above the button is marketing only, worded "I'd like to receive free email updates". It is not required and not pre-ticked. Leave it if you do not want their newsletter.
