Who Appscribed accepts

You need
Payment of at least $49, as there is no free tier
A product that is genuinely an AI tool, since the review is editorial
A landing page for them to link and review
You'll be rejected if
Anything they judge below the bar, which they say rejects more than half of what they assess
AI toolsSaaS products
What you actually get
A dedicated review page written by their editors rather than a row in a table, live within 24 to 48 hours and permanent with no expiry, carrying an authority link to your landing page. They say they have assessed more than 3,000 AI tools since 2023 and that fewer than half are accepted.

How to submit to Appscribed

1
Read the plan block
Three one-time prices at $49, $99 and $199, plus a Custom card that is a contact form. Nothing on the page is free.
2
Pay to enter
Each plan has its own Pay Now button leading to checkout. There is no form to fill before paying.
3
They write the review
The listing is a hand-written editorial review page rather than a submitted description, quoted at 24 to 48 hours.

Gotchas

There is no free tier at all, and the page does not say so plainly: you have to read the plan block to discover that the cheapest way in is $49.
The only form field on the submission page is a newsletter email box, which reads like a submission form until you notice the plan cards below it are the actual entry point.
They say fewer than half of the tools they assess make the cut, and the review is written by their editors, so paying does not by itself guarantee the listing reads the way you would write it.

Let your agent submit to Appscribed

Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the Appscribed playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.

What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 4 Appscribed rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 3 fields this form asks for, none of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: $49 for a permanent listing and an authority link, $99 adds a seven-day boost across the homepage, blogs and news pages, $199 adds thirty days and the top spot in featured listings; all one-time with no renewal.
Types it into Appscribed in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to Appscribed?".
