What you actually get
Editorial coverage rather than a directory row: their pitch is an in-depth review of the product, and separately a CEO interview for founders with a personal brand. The site carries testimonials from Clockify, Coverfox, Tailor Brands and Ambi Climate, so the coverage is real, but it is chosen rather than granted and there is no listing that simply appears.
How to submit to TechPluto
1Start from the pitch page
/submit-a-startup/ sells the review, the CEO interview and the social coverage. It takes no submission itself.
2Follow their own Submit startup link
Every Submit control there points at /submit-startup/, which is the page that carries the form.
3Fill the embedded Google Form
First name, email, startup name, website URL and founder name, among others. It is a Google Form, so a Google account is signed in by default and shows at the top.
4Wait to be chosen
Selection is editorial. Nothing appears on submission and there is no listing URL to check.
TechPluto requirements
A live product URL
A founder name and a contact email
A Google account, since the form is a Google Form
Gotchas
Free means free to submit, not free to be covered. Their FAQ sells a Priority Pass for speed, and selection is editorial, so sending something is not the same as being covered.
What they offer is a review or an interview, not a directory row, so there is no page that appears on submission and nothing to check afterwards except their site.
The form is a Google Form and shows whichever Google account the browser is signed into at the top of it. Check that line before answering, or the submission goes out under the wrong identity.
Let your agent submit to TechPluto
Connect SubmitMap to your AI over MCP and this page stops being something you read and copy. Your agent asks for the TechPluto playbook and gets the brief for this exact form, with the values already taken from your submission pack instead of placeholders you fill in by hand.
What it does for this platform
Checks your product against the 3 TechPluto rules above, so you find out you would be rejected before you open a tab.
Hands your agent all 3 fields this form asks for, none of them optional, already filled from your pack.
Tells you what paying buys here, so you pick it on purpose: their FAQ is explicit that submission is free, with a paid Priority Pass for a faster turnaround. Display advertising and sponsored placement are sold separately.
Types it into TechPluto in your own browser, and stops for you when the form wants a sign-in.
Records what it sent, so the dashboard can answer "did I ever submit to TechPluto?".
